Hello. I have a flight from PHX to Denver coming up. I've flown a lot but seem to getting more anxiety about it as time goes on due to a lot of recently bumpy flights. For me the two biggest issues are the (1) dropping sensation and (2) the concern that somehow the turbulence or winds are going to make the pilot lose control of the aircraft, cause a stall, spin, etc. Once I was on a flight that felt like it dropped 100ft or more. I'd love to know if that is common, or if it was likely 5 ft that felt like 100ft. Also, how fast is the wind moving up in the sky, generally? Do the winds or turbulence make it difficult to keep control over the aircraft. Sure feels like it. Trying to get this under control before an upcoming trip on a route that is known for being bumpy.

Hey there, I am so sorry to hear about your fear of flying I totally understand how you feel as I have suffered from this for a long time.
It’s actually embarrassing as none of my friends or family have ever had the same issue. I would love to help you and tell you what I did to help me get over this fear.
I tried many different things and none worked as well!
I actually came across a video on YouTube that I followed and it worked really well.
Here is that link >>>https://ouo.io/PbOB8v
Click on the link above and when you get to the landing page, click where it says I am not a robot’ and then you will be sent to the YouTube video that will have the steps you can take to help you with your fear.
The best part is you don’t need to buy anything just watch the video and follow the advice and tips it gives you.
I hope it helps, all the best!
